Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager

Up to £35,000 + tips, Harrogate, 28 days holiday, employee discounts on group hotels stays, including food and drink, uniform provided, meals on duty, refer a friend scheme, anniversary meals, awards celebrations plus more.

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are currently recruiting an experienced Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager to join this team, to manage and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities of the Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Optimise pricing and inventory strategies to maximise room revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Motivate and develop the sales team to maximise on conference, weddings and events bookings.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients to optimise overall revenue streams.
• Provide strategic financial information including revenue forecasts and budgets.

Requirements of the Hotel Revenue and Sales Manager

• Proven experience in hotel revenue management and sales.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of industry trends and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with revenue management systems and tools.
• Leadership skills to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Previous experience in preparing weekly revenue forecasts

This role would suit someone who has worked in hotel management and has experience managing and motivating a team. you will have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
