About you:
- You should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally you should have at least 2 years’ private client experience
- STEP Membership is preferred, but not essential
The team:
- The current successful team is based across Cornwall and very busy
- This is an expansion role, not a replacement

What will you do?
- In this role you will advise a full range of clients
- There may be the scope for you to focus on high-net-worth clients and those with more complex needs if desired
You will advise on all manner of private wealth matters including:
- The drafting of wills
- Tax and succession planning and probate matters
- Advising on trusts (although do still apply if you do not yet have trusts experience - as training can be given)
