Proposal Manager - Required to join a large leading and award winning Civil engineering and tunnelling company based from a office in Belfast. The company are an international business, winning awards on major projects they have completed. This company have been established for over 30 years with a £114 Million turnover and they deliver a high quality service in a range of areas including complex infrastructure projects.

The Proposal Manager to lead the proposal development efforts, working closely with the Head of Work Winning and the full Estimating Team. The Proposal Manager is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of proposal submissions and enhancing our competitive edge in the civil and tunnelling sector. The Proposal Manager will bring a blend of acumen and commercial insight, making this position a perfect fit for professionals such as Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, or Project Managers eager to advance their career.

Proposal Manager Position Requirements

• Relevant Industry Qualification
• General Civil Engineering or Tunnelling experience
• Experience of Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and tendering process, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of proposal submissions.
• Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement.
• Previous experience in Bid Management
• Commercially astute with knowledge of standard forms of contract and standard methods of measurement.
• Experience of production of compelling proposals
• A proven track record of working in fast-paced environments and a dynamic approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proposal Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: DOE £45k-£65K
• 23 day's holiday plus 8 days Bank Holidays
• Discretional company bonus
