We are Kairos, an award-winning team of over 100 social natives, with offices across London, Manchester and New York.

Founded by our ‘30 under 30 co-founders’ we are specialists in digital marketing, experts in social media and gamers at heart, but that hasn’t stopped us from working with the biggest non-gaming brands in the world helping them to reach their audiences in creative and innovative ways, powered by social media.

Samsung, PepsiCo, Epic Games, Activision, JBL, Pizza Hut, Cetaphil: these are just some of the brands we work with daily and we need creative, strategic, data-led individuals to help shape award-winning campaigns that keep them coming back for more!

Kairos operate a hybrid culture in our London office, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. We expect office attendance at our Holborn base at least 2 days per work to allow for effective teamwork and collaboration with your peers.

We are searching for a highly creative and tech-savvy individual to fill the role of Social Media Content Manager. The ideal candidate will be passionate about producing visually stunning and engaging content directly from their phone, utilizing TikTok's, Reels and YouTube Shorts’ features to the fullest. From ideation to shooting and editing, this role is all about creating content that captivates our audience and aligns seamlessly with the brands we work with. 

Creative

• Use your knowledge of social platforms and trends to ideate video concepts that deliver on client expectations whilst ensuring the audience is put at the forefront of the content
• Ideate and create example content for client pitches & strategy sessions 

Content Creation: 

• Interpret briefs from the social media team to bring video ideas to life for our client social media channels
• Generate imaginative and trend-forward ideas for short-form videos that align with a brand identity.
• Utilize your smartphone to shoot high-quality, visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
• Edit videos using mobile and desktop apps, incorporating effects, music, and other creative elements.

Platform Mastery:

• Stay at the forefront of social media trends, challenges, and features.
• Leverage the platforms’ tools, filters, and effects to enhance the visual appeal of content.

Working in a team:

• Support junior team members withe their content creation; feeding back and setting the standard for what good looks like 
• Share ideas and knowledge with the wider social team to enhance our content across the business 

Requirements

• Mobile Content Creation:
• Demonstrated experience in shooting and editing high-quality content using a smartphone.
• Proficiency in mobile video editing apps and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Vertical Video Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of the social platform, trends, and creative capabilities.
• Creativity:
• Ability to think outside the box and create content that stands out in a crowded digital space.
• Adaptability:
• Comfortable adapting to evolving trends and utilizing new features on TikTok.
• Communication Skills:
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging through creative content.
