We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor to work in London. Our client is a main contractor focusing on the social housing sector to work on a reactive maintenance contract, responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the contract and all operations.

• Managing a team of operatives
• Liaising with clients
• Have an awareness of health and safety and check the quality of work being produced on site.
• Monitor jobs and KPI`s.

We need someone who is coming from a main contractor's background and has worked their up from a tradesman.

Also, candidates will be multi-skilled, be able to provide a good level of customer service and have excellent communication skills and knowledge of health and safety including environmental. Have good management skills and organisation.
