Urgent requirement for an HR Administrator to join a leading energy service company on a 6-month temporary contract. The successful applicant will get the opportunity to gain generalist HR experience and work alongside a supportive team.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring the confidential, accurate and efficient transfer of hard copy HR files to be held electronically, meeting all legal and compliance requirements.
- Providing recruitment support in respect of issuing invites for interviews, interview correspondence, feedback and follow on support.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the UK HR Team.
- Assisting with training booking in support of the learning and development initiatives.
- Carrying out other duties as agreed with HR Advisor.
Applicants to this role require
- Entry level HR qualification.
- Previous experience and understanding in a HR role.
- High level of confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
