Salary: £400.42 per day

The Regeneration Project Manager will join the established 12 Sites delivery team to bring forward development schemes on the first phase of the 12 Sites programme, across Napier New Plymouth, Solar Serena Sunrise and Waterloo & Queen Street. Please note the job description attached.

Educational Qualifications-looking for graduate or higher;
Corporate Membership of Professional Bodies-RICS RIBA CIOB RTPI etc etc;
Recent CPD activity – relevant to the role.
Experience

The post-holder must have significant experience of:

Leading and working in complex multi-disciplinary project teams involving a range of different organisations and disciplines.

Leading programme and project management of delivery from inception to completion including development, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review.

Urban regeneration and physical development and associated economic, social and environmental improvements at a senior level.

Leading financial planning and management, including budgetary control processes.

Project management of capital projects and programmes ensuring successful, project, risk and financial management and reporting.

Leading partnership working with private or public sector housing developers, relevant agencies, stakeholders and the community to manage and deliver a programme of inter-related regeneration projects at a senior level.

Directly leading negotiations with senior negotiators and opinion formers to deliver successful outcomes.

Leading the preparation of regeneration/development frameworks or strategies to take forward large scale housing development on single or multiple sites.

Management of staff and external consultants designing and delivering complex development/regeneration schemes and programmes.

Leading, managing and prioritising an extensive and very complex workload with the minimum of supervision.

Qualifications

A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject is required. This may include but is not limited to housing, surveying, town planning, architecture, construction or civil-engineering. Relevant experience is also essential.

Corporate membership of a relevant professional body is required, This could include RICS, RTPI, CIOB, CIoH, APM or similar.

An appropriate management or post graduate qualification is also required. This could include, for example, a master’s level degree in urban regeneration, real estate management, construction management or business administration.
