Job description
Our client's global Private Equity practice, ranked among the top five firms for global PE deals in the latest full-year M&A League tables, is one of the fastest-growing PE practices in Europe.
The group is now looking to hire a candidate who qualified in either September 2023, or is due to qualify in March 2024, to focus on Private Equity transactions in UK, Europe and globally. Candidates will have acquired their experience with a top tier PE practice.
The successful candidate will have trained and been retained at a leading PE practice, and will have had exposure to the PE team during their training contract. Experience of NDAs, engagement letters, disclosure letters, diligence reports and ancillary documents is expected. A strong academic background is essential.
