The Pertemps Milton Keynes branch is presently seeking 18 candidates to join our client's team as Helpdesk Advisors for the Exams helpdesk during the Summer 2024 examination period.
About the Helpdesk Advisor role
Your responsibility will involve delivering efficient resolutions to inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by professional customers within the education sector.
- Handling inquiries related to all facets of collection and delivery.
- Locating delayed items to expedite prompt delivery.
- Pursuing reported non-collections.
- Adhering to specified time windows.
- Keeping customers informed at each stage.
- Submitting inquiries on behalf of customers.
- Following escalation procedures.
About you The preferred candidate for this position should possess prior experience in Customer Service/Help Desk roles, showcasing adept problem-solving and customer resolution skills. A friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanour is essential, along with the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals. Proficiency in engaging in professional-level conversations while utilising computer-based systems for information retrieval is a key requirement. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial as the role involves liaising with depots and customers via telephone and email.
