Up to £40k

Hybrid - 2 days WFH, 3 days in Tunbridge Wells

Full Time: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm (Flexible Options Available)

My client are a strategic creative agency that work with some incredible brands, from beauty to beverages. They are currently on the hunt for a Social Media whizz who can create and deliver engaging social strategies whilst working closely with the wider creative team to deliver thumb-stopping content.

About the role:

As Social Media Manager your focus will be leading the day-to-day management of key brand social media accounts. You will always be looking for new ways to connect with and grow your social audience through creative content opportunities. You will have a keen creative and production eye, as well as have proven experience analysing and presenting data. You will be an avid social media user with proven brand experience across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities and Required Experience/Skills:

• Plan social strategies and deliver content campaigns across paid, owned and earned platforms


• Expert handling of day-to-day social media output and channel management strategies


• Strong understanding of integrated marketing comms for big brands


• Brand tone of voice guardian and excellent copywriting skills


• Finger on the pulse of social trends, channel updates and formats to elevate content campaigns to the next level


• Solid relationships with key social platforms and application of best practice knowledge, especially across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook


• Application of social paid media planning and investment with minimal senior support


• Global to local capabilities: Market management, toolkit creation and overseeing local activations


• Coverage and content creation at live events


• Planning and helping to run content shoots


• Developing social content briefs for the creative team


• Influencer strategy development


• Setting and delivering against KPIs


• Reporting and data analysis; using social listening tools to develop strategic insights and guide future content


• Social monitoring and trend spotting


• Presenting to clients across all aspects of the social accounts


• Leading relationships with agency partners and building solid relationships


• Contributing to new business pitches
