Location: West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £28-32k plus bonus (£35-37k OTE)

About The Company:

A prominent operator in the Build to Rent space across London, this asset Management company is an off shoot of one of London’s and the UKs leading Property Developers.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in Front of House, Building Management, or Viewing Assistance to build a career in the burgeoning Build to Rent sector.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Viewing Manager, you will be responsible for meeting prospective clients at various sites across London – predominantly within North West London, West London and South London. The role demands a high level of autonomy with no micro-management, providing the flexibility to work remotely or on-site. The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills and be self-sufficient, trustworthy, and customer-oriented.

Key Requirements:

• Background in Front of House, Building Management, or Viewing Assistance
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility and maturity
• Excellent presentation and high customer service skills
• Well-organised and punctual
• Knowledgeable about the residential leasing and property management industry
• Desire for a better work/life balance

Working Hours:

• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
• No Saturdays (may vary based on effective time management)
