Join Search, one of the leading recruitment agencies in the UK, with 15 offices in the UK and a newly established New York office. Following a successful 2023, we are expanding our team and are looking for Recruitment Consultant to be apart of our Crawley office.

What will you be doing?- Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, LinkedIn and Meetings.
- Attending client meetings (face to face or virtually) to discuss job profiles and SLA's.
- Negotiating fees and rates with clients to ensure you are maximising your commercial output.
- Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to source the best talent.
- Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards and carrying our interviews.
- Managing each stage of the process including interviews and offers.
- Maintaining regular contact with your candidates and clients.
