Commercial Property Agent

The Role: They are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Agent to handle commercial property sales and letting agency activities. This role involves engaging with potential vendors, liaising with landlords, creating property particulars, listing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating property transactions in the best interests of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and meet with prospective agency and management clients
- Conduct appraisals for both agency and management
- Market and promote properties through appropriate channels
- Extract offers and liaise between vendors/landlords/buyers/renters
- Negotiate in the best interests of clients
- Prepare head of terms
- Monitor and progress sales/lettings to completion/let, liaising with relevant parties
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Embrace the local area and participate in community activities outside of work

Requirements:

- RICS Qualified (preferred, but not essential)
- Commercial awareness with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Good knowledge of the Midlands area and geographical trends
- Proven negotiation and persuasive skills
- Experience in day-to-day management of agency and management clients
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate, organized, numerate, and technology-savvy
- Problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- "Can-do" attitude and ability to use initiative
- Full, clean UK driving license with access to own vehicle
