Hays are recruiting a Legal Administrator for a 12-month fixed term contract role, this role is based in Manchester city centre and is immediate starting, experience in professional services is essential and within a similar role.
Your new role
You will have previous Administration experience, ideally in a legal firm, you will be responsible for full clerical support, diary management, scheduling appointments, drafting agendas, handling documents, responding to emails, taking messages and calls, arranging travel and accommodation, producing presentations, general clerical duties, copy typing, photocopying, booking events and hospitality and any other duties required via the wider team.
