Our client is looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to join their highly regarded team based in the centre of Handforth village in Cheshire.
The firm will consider applications from qualified solicitors or legal executives and those wanting a full- or part-time position. The firm will also consider newly qualified solicitors if they have undertaken a seat in private client work or gained experience as a paralegal. The role offers great flexibility and you will be able to work from home for 50% of the time (2-3 days per week as per a rota system). In addition, the firm is centrally located just five minutes’ walk from the local train station and there is also free parking available for those wanting to drive to work. You will advise on a mixed caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate management and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The firm is highly specialised, providing only private client and property legal (both domestic and commercial) services to a Cheshire client base.
