A leading international firm, our client is looking to recruit an experienced commercial property associate, preferably with at least 4 years’ PQE from another highly regarded City, West End or regional commercial property practice. The person who takes this role will work on a broad range of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of investment property and handling lease negotiations on behalf of both commercial landlords and tenants. This commercial real estate practice is popular amongst associates coming from the largest City firms looking to retain a quality commercial property practice and client-base, while enjoying a collegiate, more balanced working environment.
