Job description
SAS Administrator
A leading financial services company is looking to hire a SAS administrator.
You would be responsible for;
* Supporting the technical aspects and delivery of the SAS On-Prem and SAS in Azure platforms and ensuring they remain stable and resilient
* Assisting with the technical maintenance, administration, resilience and performance of the SAS On prem platform and SAS in Azure platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve the SAS On-Prem and SAS in Azure platforms infrastructure issues (configuration, performance, stability).
Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;
* SAS 9.x (and/or SAS Viya 3.5) Certified Platform Administrator
* Windows and linux infrastructure administration experience including powershell familiarity
* SAS 9.x Certified Base Programmer, with SQL Passthrough and SAS Macro experience.
* Strong SAS, Windows, Linux, and Azure troubleshooting and performance tuning.
