Job Description: Sales Negotiator
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
- Generate leads and actively pursue potential buyers and sellers.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice and guidance to clients.
- Negotiate and close property deals by liaising between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
- Prepare and present accurate property valuations and sales offers to clients.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Detailoriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience within the real estate industry is essential
Experience in negotiating and closing deals is highly desirable.
Must have own transport
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Basic £1620K OTE £3035k
