Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new food products from concept to launch.
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to drive innovation.
- Utilize technical skills to formulate, modify, and optimize recipes for taste, texture, and nutritional content.
- Perform sensory evaluations and coordinate product testing to ensure quality and consistency.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance in product development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, recipe optimization, and food chemistry.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and innovations.
