Foundation Recruitment are collaborating exclusively with Praxis, a leading investor, landlord and operator of retail property in the recruitment of a Centre Manager for The Square Shopping Centre in Camberley! It has over 500,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and residential space throughout. The Shopping Centre offers department stores, high street fashion brands and independent boutiques, meeting the needs of the local demographic exceptionally well. This means that they benefit from a loyal customer base and strong footfall.
What you’ll be doing…
- You will oversee the day to day running of the centre in the leadership and management of the site team.
- Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders with occupiers being a key focus, supporting them in driving their businesses forward.
- This role involves managing the team, budgets and any relevant administrative work.
- Your ambition is to ensure the ongoing operational and commercial success of the centre and enhancing the customer service experience for both the visitors and tenants.

To be successful you will need…
- To have existing hands-on, customer facing experience, in shopping centre management or relevant environment like retail, mixed-use estate management or commercial leadership.
- This will be a significant leadership role, so we are in search of someone who has previous experience managing and motivating a team.
- You must be a great communicator, able to conduct yourself professionally when collaborating with an array of internal and external stakeholders.
- An energetic personality, with enthusiasm and passion for the role.
