Job description
Our client is offering a unique opportunity to an ambitious and technically strong lawyer to join its market leading global investment funds & corporate ("IF&C") business, and to assist building out its Channel Island's IF&C practice.
The successful candidate will be based in our client's Guernsey office, and will work alongside leading practitioners expanding out the Guernsey IF&C business in line with the general expansion across all of the firm's practice groups in the Channel Islands. The ideal candidate will be providing advice on a wide range of investment funds matters including hedge, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, energy, credit, debt and venture capital.
