Pay Range: Price work, up to £300 a day/ depending on experience

Join us for our new Kitchen & Bathroom project within the Social Housing sector in Maidenhead area.

Main Objectives of the role:
- Complete the electrical testing and electrical installations in social housing properties, based on the rota provided
- Rewires and adaptions must be completed where needed
- Work collaboratively as part of the site team to deliver the required services in line with the contract specifications, legislation and company guidelines
- Ensure implementation and compliance with company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- You will be expected to carry out electrical condition reporting, repairs and installations to the highest standards.
- Liaise with tenants, customers and members of our electrical team
Do you have what it takes?
- Domestic Electrical installation minimum 1-year experience (preferred)
- 18th Edition
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Social housing experience
- Own tools are required for the job
- Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required to meet commitments and deadlines
Desired qualifications (however, we can support you to get these, if required):
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- DBS check
- Public Liability Insurance
