Job description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Trust Manager / Director, Geneva, Switzerland.

Overall purpose of the role:

To oversee and assist the functions of Company and Trust Administration, ensuring that clients’ books and records are up to date at all times

Key responsibilities will include;

• To ensure that client accounting is accurately and efficiently dealt with.
• Promptly reconcile client bank statements to their ledger records, ensuring that reconciling items are effectively dealt with.
• Convene Directors/Trustees’ Meetings of client entities to ensure that all important decisions of the entity are authorised by the Board of Directors/Trustees.
• To ensure that electronic and physical records are updated for all relevant matters.

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
