Job description

Evolve is working for an innovative healthcare organisation, who currently seek a Business Development Manager to join their Life Sciences team. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating and selling cleaning and disinfection solutions to major global producers in pharmaceuticals, personal care, health, and beauty.

You will be responsible for managing the South England territory.

Salary : Up to £65,000 DOE + bonus, company car, pension and more!

Ideal Requirement for the Business Development Manager

• Experience of selling in a Cleanroom environment
• Strong experience of developing new business, within either Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sales
• Degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field
• Successful technical sales or outside sales experience
• Must have a UK driving licence

Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager

• Develop new customers and grow the business
• Oversee substantial deal flow and maintain pipelines for targeted accounts
• Formulate and implement strategic sales strategies, focusing on key opportunities
• Utilise industry expertise and sales background to build trust with existing and potential clients
• Deliver precise and timely sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making by management, ensuring effective management of territory and sales pipelines
• Work closely with internal teams to secure new business opportunities
