Job description
- Produce detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings using Solidworks for production, customers, and suppliers, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Interpret customer drawings precisely and create designs reflecting their requirements. - Utilize CMM machine to reverse engineer customer samples, producing clear technical drawings for manufacturing (training provided where needed). - Ensure the validity of New Product Development (NPD) processes. - Manage ERP system for uploading Work Orders (WO), repeats, and creating routing. - Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and analyze efficient manufacturing techniques. - Identify and troubleshoot potential manufacturing problems, offering solutions production. - Maintain drawings register and update it as necessary. - Create Bill of Materials for works orders. - Utilize 3D scanner as needed.
