Are you experienced in Pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and ready to support the shaping of the digital marketing landscape for the UK's premier pet care business, Pets at Home?

We are seeking a dynamic PPC Executive to work on a hybrid basis (two days per week) from our Support Office in Handforth (Cheshire).

About the Role

As a PPC Executive, you will report into our Digital Marketing Manager and hold responsibility for the management of PPC Accounts. You will directly support the PPC Lead in day-to-day optimisation of PPC accounts as well developing our overarching strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across all areas of our business (including Pets at Home, Vets for Pets, Pets Grooming, and Pets Insurance) contributing to the success of a team responsible for up to 40% of retail revenue!

Key responsibilities will include;

• Campaign Management: Creating, managing and optimising PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and social media
• PPC Research & Analysis: Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimisation
• Account Optimisation: Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting bids, ad creatives and targeting as necessary
• Reporting: Regularly reporting on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights
• Industry Trends & Testing: Staying updated on industry trends and changes in PPC platforms to adapt strategies accordingly
• Ad Copy: Writing compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and targets relevant keywords
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborating with other teams to develop assets for PPC & ensuring cross-channel strategy is aligned

About you

• Hands-on experience with PPC account management
• A good understanding of Google Analytics, Feed Management and Optimisation
• Experience with wider digital marketing channels (Eg. SEO, Paid Social)
• An undergraduate degree in marketing or relevant field
• Google Ads certification is desirable
• A positive attitude, excellent work ethic and self-motivated
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
