Job Overview:

The Graduate Commercial Manager, reporting directly to the board, will play a pivotal role in enhancing the club's commercial success. The chosen candidate will be responsible for generating revenue through sponsorship, advertisement, and solidifying the club's financial foundations while aligning with its strategic objectives.

• Commercial Sales: Craft and implement strategies to increase revenue through sponsorship deals, advertising partnerships, and other ventures.
• Relationship Building: Forge and nurture relationships with sponsors, partners, and potential clients to ensure exceptional service and identify growth opportunities.
• Networking: Utilize existing networks to discover new commercial prospects both within the local region and beyond.
• Sales Expertise: Deploy proven sales techniques and insights into market trends to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the board and stakeholders to integrate commercial endeavors with the club's strategic goals.
