Customer Service Coordinator Mid Devon £25k - £28k

I have an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected developer in Devon. Working as a Customer Service Coordinator you will be working within a team of coordinators and Technicians and report to the Customer Service Manager.
You will deal with all daily customer service-related enquiries, via email and phone, these could be existing defects or new defects. You will liaise with subcontractors and customer service operatives to book and arrange the works to be carried out and rectified, in a timely manner and to excellent standards.
This role is ideally suited to candidates who would like to have the opportunity to work within an leading Housing Developer.
Experience and attributes needed:
- Customer Service experience ideally within new homes but not essential
- Able to work in a fast paced and at times stressful environment, whilst remaining calm and patient with customers
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a methodical manner
- Excellent Communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong IT skills including, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Team player and eager to learn
