Senior HR Manager
Oakleaf Partnership is representing a diverse, innovative and collaborative Fintech. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to work closely with the SLT and manage a small team. You will be providing support to the business and utilising your experience to offer an excellent colleague experience, coaching and influencing line managers and delivering the People agenda to support business objectives.
What is the role
Supporting the Executive Board and SLT, you will be managing a small team to deliver across the entire employee lifecycle. You will identify solutions relating to all People matters, oversee and support with activities such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Employee Relations, ad hoc Project Management and managing the HR team. You will also be required to utilise data and analysis to drive better people management decision making, develop policies and initiatives, assist with any OD, empower managers to create high performing teams, support with the L&D strategy and delivery. This is a fantastic role where you can utilise your skillset to add value to the entire business!
