Exciting Opportunity for (JOB TITLE)
The Supervisor role is to Supervise and oversee the department forklift truck drivers, Load checkers, Customer Order Pickers in all aspects of raw/finished stock control. This is as per the customer’s/companies delivery requirements in line with the company policy and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Organise, Supervise and Motivate staff to maximise production output, ensuring equipment and staff are working effectively and efficiently
· Enforce relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
· Report immediately incidents and situations potentially hazardous to the health and safety of personnel and equipment that come to your notice
· Ensure a healthy, safe and clean working environment at all times
