Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Service Team Manager to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Reading.
To effectively manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity and quality, whilst meeting customer expectations. To lead the Service Technicians and Service Advisors/Executives in their team to ensure that commercial and operational requirements are considered at all times. You will be responsible for the running of a Porsche Centre Reading Workshop and be the first point of contact for technical customer issues, ensuring a resolution is reached in the most cost effective and efficient manner whilst also achieving customer satisfaction.
If you have a passion to effectively manage workshop loading, efficiency, productivity and quality, whilst meeting customer expectations. Previous automotive workshop management experience is essential for this role.
