What you will do in your working day
General office duties will include:
- Welcoming patients to the practice.
- Helping to resolve patient queries.
- Helping with display work in waiting rooms.
- Inputting information into our clinical system.
The training you will be getting
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard.
- Workplace delivery and a structured scheme of work.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Possibility of progression to a Customer Service Level 3 qualification.
