About the Role
The Implementation Consultant position is going to play a pivotal role within the team, focused on executing the implementation across software for the end clients. Key responsibilities for the Implementation Consultant will include:
Proactively use requirements gathered to implement customer solutions, utilising the deep knowledge gained to provide training and support to external stakeholders.
Provide collaboration across cross-functional teams, identifying issues or areas for improvement or development.
In best capacity, facilitate communication across teams, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
Undertake necessary travel to customer sites around Scotland and internationally.
Attend quarterly meetings in company HQ.
About You
A background in Software Consultancy or Delivery is crucial for this Implementation Consultant to excel, not only the demonstrable knowledge, but also the key experience of engaging with key stakeholders, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and providing resources across the business. The skills needed will also include:
A Degree in IT or IT related disciplines.
Second-to-none communication and collaboration skills, showing a comfort and ease interacting with all levels of colleagues and shareholders.
Clear evidence of proactive organisational skills, working in a disciplined manner to achieve multiple goals promptly.
Experience or qualifications in Project Management or Warehouse / Logistics is highly advantageous.
