We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Theatre Practitioner to work in Ormskirk and Southport Hospitals on a part time basis If you are keen to add to your existing theatre knowledge and are committed to developing and enhancing the quality of care provided in the Operating Theatre environment, then this is the opportunity for you. The department provides a 24-hour emergency cover, therefore, there will be shift work, weekends, and on call commitment will be required. As part of our commitment to student ODP's and Nurses, the post holder will be expected to participate in the orientation, supervision and training of junior staff and students. A mentorship qualification is desirable. This post will be subject to an Enhanced DBS (with barred list for Adults and Children’s disclosure). The Secretary of State has approved the partnership between St Helens & Knowsley Teaching Hospitals and Southport & Ormskirk Hospitals.
