Job description
Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Children's Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a residential home in the Bodmin area of Cornwall?
You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the service which is looking for a manager to set the 2 bed EBD home up from scratch, responsible for everything from hiring the staff team to the day to day running of the home with the support of the experienced senior leadership team.
Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.

Salary: Staring from £40,000
Location: Bodmin ( PL31 postcode)
Hours: Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Leave: 33 days
