Hampton's are working in partnership with our Client a well-respected Domiciliary Care provider. As a result of our Clients continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Dual-Site Registered Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a true leader, understands how to get the best out of people and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and really make this service their own.
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Company Benefits Hours: 35 hours per week Location: Newcastle, England The successful candidate must have: - Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Domiciliary care.
- A level 5 Diploma (or willing to work towards completing their level 5) in Health & Social Care.
- Experience of working at management level within care services.
- Experience of working in Domiciliary care.
- Great leadership skills and an adaptable management style.
- Full Driving License as this role will require travel.
