Building Surveyor - Bristol - Circa £40k + benefits

Are you a creative and motivated Building Surveyor seeking a new challenge with one of the best practices in the South West?

A top multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to supplement their established team in Exeter with an enthusiastic and ambitious Building Surveyor. 

This award winning firm has a proven track record in the outstanding delivery of a range of services to both public and private clients across a variety of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential and Retail & Leisure.

The company have been successfully operating for well over 50 years now, boasting a number of long standing client relationships and framework appointments. There are 4 main offices in the region with over 100 talented members of staff. There is an excellent staff retention rate, with each employee staying with the company for an average of 10 years!

The successful Building Surveyor will:-

• Be professionally qualified (MRICS or equivalent) or close to achieving this
• Be highly motivated and confident in a client facing role
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a well rounded, strong track record as a Building Surveyor with aspirations to progress further in your career

If successful, you will be working alongside experienced experts in their field, involved in delivering a full range of building surveying services on a variety of projects.
