The Role: 

You will be responsible for developing strategy to increase engagement across digital and print. You will also be managing 3 direct reports, so people management experience is a must!

Day to day, you could be…

• Implementing and improving the stewardship processes and comms to maximise benefit to the platform.
• Building journeys across multiple channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and video.
• Working closely with the communications team on social media, blogs, videos, and online engagement.
• Generating ideas for brand visibility and driving wider engagement.
• Maintaining and monitoring the website and generating analytical/metrics reports.

To be successful, you must have:

• Previous relationship/engagement marketing experience.
• A commercial mind with great digital and analytical skills.
• People management experience and the ability to lead/motivate a team.
• An eye for new ways of working and ideas.

Location: - Chesham, Bucks – (Hybrid 1-day WFH)

This role does offer hybrid working. Due to the location of their office, this role would be commutable from Berkhamstead, Amersham, Wendover, Rickmansworth, Beaconsfield, Kings Langley, and Hemel Hempstead.
