PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE - LUXURIOUS SPA HOTEL - ASCOT - PERMANENT POSITION - CIRCA £26,000 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you'll have the chance to work alongside an established brigade in a state-of-the-art kitchen, utilising the finest ingredients to create exquisite dishes that delight the senses. From innovative cuisine to indulgent gourmet offerings, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the high culinary standards that the guests have come to expect. Working in the dedicated pastry section, you will:
* Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and innovative culinary concepts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
* Assist with inventory management and stock control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
* Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Forming part of an established brigade, we are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in the pastry section or similar role in a high-end culinary establishment.
* Strong culinary skills and a passion for creativity and innovation.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
