Job description

Our client is a fast-growing yet well-known ophthalmic manufacturer in the UK. This company has made a series of astute acquisitions, significantly expanding their surgical portfolio.

With launch activity in the UK, they are interested in hearing from interested field sales professionals with a surgical ophthalmology background.

Key responsibilities:

Strive to achieve and surpass the territory sales targets.

Effectively manages the sales process from ensuring that all key stakeholders are on board and supported.

Build the brand by understanding the needs and requirements of clinicians and administrators.

Promote the full portfolio embracing a cross-selling culture utilising your excellent knowledge of ophthalmic surgery.

In order to be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

Minimum of 2 years of surgical medical sales experience (essential).

Track record of new business development (essential).

Reside within the designated territory (essential).

Experience in Ophthalmic sales (preferred).

Experience selling within the hospitals within the designated geography (preferred)

The position covers NW London, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire. In return, the company is offering a great remuneration and benefits package.
