The Role
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Building Consultant to join the team. As a Senior Building Consultant at you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. This position offers exciting opportunities for career advancement, including routes to partnership, and an unparalleled 40% revenue split.
- Manage a strong existing pipleine of work.
- Provide expert consulting services to clients in the construction and real estate industry.
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible advice.
- Mentor and support junior consultants in their professional development.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Professional certifications and licenses as required (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PE).
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
