Teaching Assistant – Littlehampton – ASAP

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive classroom experience for the students.

What Does A Typical Day Look Like For A Teaching Assistant?

* You'll collaborate closely with classroom teachers to deliver exceptional lessons and provide personalized support to students
* Provide valuable feedback to teachers on students’ progress and actively identify areas where additional support is needed
* 1:1 support for special needs and lower ability pupils
* Create and maintain an engaging learning environment for all learning abilities.
* Assist with lesson planning, class assignment and overall class facilitation
* Perform various Admin tasks such as: marking, scanning, photocopying

What Is Required For The Role Of Teaching Assistant?

* A warm and welcoming personality
* Be passionate and driven about improving the outcomes for children and young people
* Provide details for us to complete reference checks prior to employment
* You will require to pass a DBS check with no reprimands (we can assist you with this)
* You will have GCSE grades of A*-C in Math’s and English ( or equivalent )
