Job description

Over the last 9 years, our Bolton business, has been going from strength to strength, specialising in response and maintenance works. We have a long-term partnership with two key clients, offering security, commitment and the opportunity to develop, and we are looking for a Managing Surveyor to join our established and growing team.

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial and analytical aspect of surveying within a contract, you will take the lead with commercial reporting for the Business Manager and supporting your team of Quantity and Trainee Surveyors.

As Managing Surveyor, you will actively work as part of the commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor whilst also taking the lead with commercial decisions and reporting, to ultimately impact the unit’s profitability/commercial success and making improvements for the future.
