Job description

MCL requires an Electrical Design Supervisor (aka Lead Electrical Designer) on a FEED Project for our Oil and Gas client. 

 

Duration: for an initial 9 month contract role that has an immediate start

Location: The role will be based on 5 days a week in the Clients Offices in Leatherhead.

Hybrid working is possible with two days remote per week.

The role is likely to be outside IR35 but the final decision will be made after a QDOS assessment

 

**Candidates MUST have UK Right to work**

Electrical Design Supervisor for a Middle East FEED project.

 

This will require the successful candidate to:

• Manage the team of designers between London and Chennai.
• He or she will be responsible for the planning of the design deliverables and for the quality checking of the work.
  
• Their skills will include Aveva E3D Design (essential) covering the Electrical and Instrument modules as well as Autocad.
  
• Proficient in industry standard Lighting design program / Cable sizing experience.
  
• Microsoft office suite of software to include good working knowledge of excel i.e., pivot tables and data manipulation.
