Kitchen Assistant

LOCATION: Avebury House, Devizes SN10 2UB

HOURS: 18 Hours, Part-time including every other weekend.

SALARY: £10.90 per hour.

Role Summary

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join us as a Kitchen Assistant at our Avebury House Care & Nursing Home. Avebury House delivers compassionate residential, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment.

The key responsibilities of our Kitchen Assistant role at Coate Water Care include:

Assisting the chef in the preparation and delivery of food to residents in the care home.
Washing up after meals and ensuring that the kitchen cleanliness is maintained to a high standard at all times.
Comply with the statutory regulations concerning food hygiene, COSHH and Health and Safety at work
Assist in the preparation of food for special functions
