Job description

Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk for a successful organisation near Crumlin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices and credit notes
• Matching and coding purchase orders
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Resolving supplier queries
• Processing payments and managing petty cash
• Ensure timely payment of invoices
• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and filing documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role is essential

Salary from £25,000 to £30,000 - depending on level of experience. With flexible working and a very generous pension and benefits package.
