A Lead Practitioner will be an exceptional leader who can articulate a detailed strategy to improve whole school outcomes through working with others in a sophisticated matrix approach. S/he will be an excellent leader, an inspiration to colleagues and students and a trusted partner for parents. Well networked and a clear curricular thinker, s/he will be the navigator through national policy to ensure that the NCS vision becomes a reality.
