HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT | UK & INTERNATIONAL | WHOLESALE & PARTNERSHIPS | £80,000 – £90,000
An established lifestyle brand that is known for its reliable clothing ranges is continuing to implement growth strategies for their UK & International Markets. To achieve ambitious plans, the opportunity for a Head of Business Development has arisen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional UK & International experience to come in and head up their wholesale, sub-prime & partnerships division.
As the Head of Business Development you will look to increase both the brand’s UK and international presence. You will be a natural leader, with a strong vision & determination to drive business forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and implement international strategies that deliver sales and profit targets
- Commercially understand & react to consumer needs, working with your product teams to build well balanced & profitable ranges
- Implement processes and systems that deliver operational and technical best practices
- Translate Brand goals into strategies ensuring that the right customer is captured at the right time, in the right place across different markets
- Protect brand integrity ensuring quality and execution is consistent across retail, wholesale and sub-prime
- Introduce franchise, licensing, wholesale, and/or concessions to expand brand presence all whilst increasing ROI
- Be accountable for all agreements and terms made across all partnerships & channels. Ensuring full diligence is explored.
- Spot all areas for opportunties across geographies, markets and store roll out plans
- As a natural leader you will excite & empower the teams around you to make strategies happen
- You will be able to manage and develop the internal growth of team success, through setting clear & realistic KPI’s
