Rural Surveyor | Suffolk | Depends upon experience
The Client
Our client is a property consultancy who works across commercial, residential, Rural, planning and infrastructure. They have offices across the UK and work throughout the country. They look after their employees and put a lot of work into training and developing their people so they are the best that they can be. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Rural Surveyor to join their highly respected rural valuation team in Suffolk.
The Role
This is a varied role for a RICS Chartered Surveyor / Registered Valuer to join the team in Suffolk. You will work alongside the Head of Rural Valuations within the business, assisting with the delivery of national and regional rural asset portfolios, together with the valuation of a range of agricultural land, farms, equestrian property, landed estates and country houses. You will be working with existing clients and developing new relationships and work streams.
The Candidate
We are looking for a RICS registered valuer who is at least 2 years post qualified who has experience of delivering and managing multiple projects. Someone who has the ability to seek out new opportunities for the team as well as referrals across divisions, who has strong communication skills.
