Our client has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious VAT Tax Assistant Manager to join their firm, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants based in the heart of Watford. The Role
As a VAT Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing VAT services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with senior tax professionals, offering advice and solutions on a range of complex VAT matters. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and grow, seeking to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking firm.
In this role you will be a key member of the VAT team and provide comprehensive and specialist VAT advisory to all the businesses clients. As a VAT Assistant Manager, you will be assisting in minimising client's VAT liabilities and compliance issues, liaise with and meet clients, work with the management team to grow the business and clients and more
You
You will be ACCA/ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent. And must have previous experience working within a UK tax practice environment. You will possess a sound knowledge of UK corporate and VAT tax. Excellent communication and client management skills are important as is a proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office.
